"Jamison Durham was very nearly, if not, the first person I met when I moved to town. Mr. Durham was very welcoming & friendly. He helped me find a commercial space to lease & open my business even though commercial leases weren’t really his bread & butter. He took the time to give me a tour of town, not knowing if I was ever going to buy a residential property. In fact, at that time, I was pretty sure I would never buy a home here. During the town tour, he was very open & honest about the town’s history of flooding, & where the most desirable locations were. I ended up renting a space he showed that was not advertised or part of his listings. Fast forward, we decided to buy a house & selected Jamison for his open, honest, & straightforward approach. He helped us negotiate a deal when we were out of town. There was alot of back & forth. When the house didn’t meet our inspection standards & we killed the deal, Mr. Durham was very understanding & not at all annoyed. "This review is a little delayed due to my chaotic life, but I wanted to leave this here for first time homebuyers or any homebuyer in this crazy market! I posted on Facebook asking my family/friends in recommendations for a realtor in the Lebanon area and of course Jamison was recommended! I quickly chose him and started the journey to finding my perfect first home! He was honest up front (with the market how it was and what I was looking for) that it might take some time, but he was confident that he would find my son and I a perfect home! My timeline for needing a home (due to my lease ending) was VERY short and we knew we were in over our heads! Jamison ALWAYS stayed super positive and uplifting throughout the entire process! He was constantly hustling and sending ANY home my way that was remotely close to what I was looking for!
